• Description:
  1. It is used for auto welding H-beams, double welding heads can weld two beams at vessel position at same time.
  2. The frame is welded by standard rectangle pipes, light but strong. Auto double arc guides are linear rails, with high precision, small volume, can tracking the seam automatically, and repeat welding from double directions. It can ensure the welding quality and improve working efficiency.
  3. Use flux feeding and recycling device, recycling efficiently, flux falling smoothly, it can save cost, reduce workers labor intensity.
  4. Gantry travel is controlled by AC motor, imported inverter, stepless speed, wide adjust range, travel stable.
  5. Single arc with double wire, or double arcs and wires can be increased if cutomers requset, to improve welding efficiency.
