• Description:
  This machine is used to automatic butt weld the thin shell(more than 0.5mm)  cylinder of materials of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, etc. The welding can be TIG, MIG/MAG or plasma as per workmanship requirments.
  1. It is a main equipment to realize welding longitudinal seam of thin shell, or neighbor seam of rectangle.
  2. FL series is composed by base, cross beam, key type clamping unit, spindle, water cooling copper washer, support racks for shaft ends, travelling car, and cross sliding rack.
  3. The key type clamping unit can bring a max pressure of 25kg/cm.
  4. There is welding car on the cross beam, it moves by guides and driving unit.
  5. There are manula or electrical for option of cross sliding rack, arc length automatic control and transverse sway can be added in control system.
  6. FL series suit for TIG, MIG/MAG, or plasma welding source, used for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, or other metal alloyed materials.
